Out in Klamath and Lake counties, when a family home has to be emptied, the options have been thin. Big-city companies charge for the long drive or pass entirely. Auction yards take some things and leave the rest. And too often, the job falls on family members who are already carrying a loss, a move, or an estate to settle — with a house deadline hanging over all of it.
We started Basin & Range to be the nearby, accountable option: a company that shows up in person, puts everything in writing, prices from research instead of guesswork, and treats a family's home and belongings with plain respect.
We're a new company, and we'd rather say so plainly than dress it up. Our crew is small on purpose: estate-sale specialists who handle sorting, research, pricing, staging, and sale days, drawn from the region we serve. We take on a limited number of sales at a time so each household gets full attention.
